A lucky shopper in Wilton Manors, Florida, turned a free Fantasy 5 ticket into a prize worth $58,807.93 on Wednesday. The winning ticket was purchased at the Publix store located at 2633 N. Dixie Hwy, according to a Florida Lottery news release.
The winning numbers for the Wednesday evening Fantasy 5 drawing were 12-19-20-22-23.
The deadline to claim the prize is midnight on August 12.
To claim the top prize, the winner must visit a Florida Lottery District Office. Any Florida Lottery retailer can validate the ticket, but claims must be made at the district office. Players can also use the Florida Lottery’s mobile app to scan their ticket barcode and check for winners.
Fantasy 5 is a pari-mutuel game where players win the top prize by matching all five winning numbers in any order. Players can also win smaller prizes by matching two, three, or four of the winning numbers. If no one wins the top prize, the money in the jackpot pool is distributed among those who match four or three of the numbers.
