A lucky lottery player in Florida won a life-changing prize of $115,025.19 after hitting the Fantasy 5 jackpot in the evening drawing on Monday, February 3.
The winning ticket was purchased at a Circle K gas station in Tallahassee, where the player matched all five numbers: 5-7-9-24-34. The odds of winning the grand prize are 1 in 376,992, according to the Florida Lottery.
In addition to the evening winner, two other players won $27,588.60 each by matching five numbers in the midday drawing. One winning ticket was sold at Sunrise Food Mart in Cocoa, while the other was purchased at Discount Cigarette Superstore in Pensacola.
Winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes and are advised to sign the back of their tickets, the Florida Lottery said.
