A EuroMillions ticket bought in Lambeth has finally been claimed, weeks after the winning draw took place. The National Lottery confirmed that the lucky ticket-holder has come forward to collect a prize worth over £90,000.
The winning ticket was purchased for the EuroMillions draw on April 15. The main winning numbers were 03, 31, 33, 38, and 44. While the ticket did not match the Lucky Star numbers—6 and 12—it was still enough to secure a significant cash win.
Players across the UK were urged to check their tickets after the draw. The unclaimed prize prompted a call to action from lottery officials, encouraging anyone who had played in the Lambeth area to double-check their numbers.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, the operator of The National Lottery, welcomed the news. “We are absolutely delighted that this lucky ticket-holder has finally come forward and claimed their prize,” he said. “It’s a cause for real celebration that they are now over £90,000 better off.”
The winner is now going through the standard validation process. This step ensures that the claim complies with the Game Rules and Terms and Conditions and helps protect the integrity of The National Lottery.
Once validated, the prize will be paid out at a scheduled appointment with one of Allwyn’s Winners’ Advisers. The winner will also be offered support and guidance on how to handle their newfound wealth.
The identity of the winner, including whether the ticket belongs to an individual or a syndicate, will remain private unless they choose to go public. The exact location of the ticket purchase will also stay confidential.
