A lucky EuroMillions winner from County Monaghan has claimed their prize of nearly €128,000. The winner, who has chosen to remain anonymous, purchased their ticket at Mace in Drummond, Magheracloone, Carrickmacross, on the day of the draw, Tuesday, April 15th.
The National Lottery confirmed today that the winner visited their headquarters in Dublin to collect a check for €127,814 this week.
While the winner has opted to keep their identity private, the National Lottery confirmed that they are from County Monaghan. The individual came forward after an appeal from both the National Lottery and Northern Sound for the winner to claim their prize.
