LAREDO, Texas – A lucky Laredo resident has claimed a $1 million prize from a Texas Lottery scratch-off ticket.
The winning ticket was purchased at Pump N Shop #11 on East Saunders Street, according to the Texas Lottery Commission. The winner has chosen to remain anonymous.
The prize came from the scratch-off game “500X,” which has now seen eight $1 million prizes claimed. There are still seven top prizes remaining in the game.
With more than $229 million in total prizes available, the 500X scratch game has odds of one in 3.36 to win any prize.
